Spectra has been very good to me. I appreciate the early morning classes (5:15am) since I work full time. I would, like to see the meditation classes brought back and maybe also yoga classes after 8pm. That would be great!!

The entire experience was so therapeutic. Easy to sign up for an available class. Greeted at the door in such a pleasant way, the facility has all the resources and is comfortable and well ordered. The instructor was so holistic, professional and approachable. She provided such a overall beneficial experience with music lights and sound, it was a kind of therapy and she did it with grace and compassion. It was a delightful experience and so glad to pass this on to others as a recommendation.
