When you first walk into Spectra you realize that you've just entered a yoga studio on a whole different level. The front desk ladies are amazing and so accommodating and I absolutely love the boutique in the front. They offer so many different classes with so many level sets.

Great space to decompress and flow. Aileen is a phenomenal teacher, always offering modifications to fit every students needs. Everyone is so friendly. It doesn't feel like the canned yoga, I have found at some of the other bigger companies.
