From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted by the receptionist (I didn’t get her name) to the check out process, I felt welcome and comfortable. I don’t go to the spa often at all, and when I do, I’m not familiar enough with the process to not feel anxious. The entire experience was lovely. Jenna, my esthetician, was so kind, and very knowledgeable. She focused on what I needed in the week up to my wedding and gave me tips on how to prepare my skin. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. I came in there with gift cards, which has a stigma at other places, but that didn’t seem to change anyone’s attitude and for that I’m appreciative. Once I get this wedding paid for, I certainly plan to come back regularly. Thanks ladies!

The services at Spavia are always excellent. The staff is attentive and sincerely friendly from the moment you enter the facility. Jessica provides a wonderful, relaxing but therapeutic massage and can always find those troublesome areas. A excellent investment for my body!
