This was my first appointment with Michael, but hopefully there will be more to follow. He talked with me prior to massage, listened carefully, and addressed my areas of concern. The difference in my flexibility and lack of pain, even now 48 hours later, is significant! In addition following massage he gave me some practical pointers and actually showed me a couple of stretches I can do on my own to help prevent problems. I consider Michael to be a excellent massage therapist in addition to a concerned educator. He is a credit to the Spavia staff.
