E Chi is so warm, accommodating, and wonderful at what she does and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. The front desk reception is always professional, efficient, and friendly - no matter who is there. They provide the most consistent positive experience I've had with a business. Booking online is easy and that's important to me. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the text asking me to confirm, I do confirm, and then I get a phone call right after to confirm. I'd like the text confirmation to be enough.
