Overall it's a wonderful feeling to have good customer service and specially having Chi being your aesthetician makes a difference.Two things I need to point out which I experience this time was the Spavia assigned parking was not available and the sewer smell was very disturbing. But I know it is not your fault. Hopefully this will be taken care soon.
