I filled out the paper at the beginning and asked for tea, and a specific kind of music. The music played during the massage wasn't what I requested, and I never got the tea either.

Therapist was gentle, skilled and professional. Front desk was helpful. Side note, if there is a first time customer discount, it would be nice if it was offered (rather than customer asking for it). Great experience overall.
