The receptionists are really awesome & M Jo was so awesome that I gave him a BIG tip for seeing me at the last minute. I scheduled an appointment with M Kaleen a month in advance and received a call she can’t see me; however M Jo (a male masseuse) is available for the same service (same day). For my well-being, I must have this service monthly and therefore re-scheduled with M Jo. This did not sit well with me. After speaking to my friend that owns a spa up north, I am canceling my membership next month and seeking another spa to assist with my well-being. Thank you for the service you did provide as we (daughter too) have seen a different in our lives. I wish you the best.
