A couple of things: I emailed Spavia through your website over a week ago about my account balances and didn't receive a response. Also, I have had points accumulating over the past two years and have never had a checkout or scheduling person suggest to me that I use them. I have had a couple of appointments where Spavia adjusted my appointment time but I wasn't notified. All minor things, but just letting you know.
