There last few times we've been scheduled, we had to be rescheduled or something happen where we couldn't make our appointments. Yesterday both my aunt and I checked in at the same time. My appt at 430 and hers at 610. We are sitting in the relaxation room before her appointment and she gets called because she didnt actually get checked as we were indicated and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong. Please pay better attention to schedules and check ins.

We did a couples massage yesterday and Micki's person did a great job on her deep tissue massage and Vanessa did a great job with me. The young lady who checked us in was nice, courteous, answered all of our questions and we ended up putting a membership.
