When my friends ask for my opinion of Spavia, they almost always ask about COVID precautions. Overall, you are doing a great job, and the only improvements that I can think of is to remind staff to wear their masks over their mouth AND nose. More communication about what COVID precautions can be expected during each visit might be reassuring as well (regarding when masks can be removed and if staff will be keeping their mask on the whole time.)
