I was so pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. My body wrap was amazing, and it really felt like she knew what she was doing (I forgot who did it). Same with my facial. She was so seamless with every step. She was clearly an expert, and I enjoyed this. While massages are my absolute favorite thing in the world, this was probably my least favorite treatment of the day. Julie was so nice, and so accommodating, but the experience just wasn't that enjoyable. I really do not want to ding her on this, but I just enjoyed my other services more. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10. The front desk staff were great too. Loved how clean everything was (every time I came back into the locker room area).
