Always love how friendly everyone is, love the hot neck pillows and tea, love the robes and sandals and waiting area. I've had quite a few different masseuses and they're all amazing. The woman at the front desk was super helpful in suggesting services without being pushy and getting me booked for my next service. I currently have the essential membership but am thinking about upgrading because I love it so much!
