My first time visiting and unfortunately, the power went out during my massage. Carissa and the ladies at the front desk were fantastic at handling the unexpected circumstances. My massage, despite the power outage, was great. Overall a lovely facility with wonderful employees.

Ashlyn is THE BEST. She's so personable, gives the best recommendations and knows what I need before I ask. The front desk staff are also very personable and knowledgeable.

Jessica was wonderful and liked having the option for later appointment. Signed up for membership. Check out process was not seamless and a bit confusing (I had a gift card) but everyone was nice. Looking forward to next visit.
