There was an issue with my massage appointment being messed up in the system, but I felt like the manager and staff did everything they possibly could to rectify the situation and handle it the best possible way they could under the circumstances, which I really appreciated. In addition, the spa atmosphere was lovely, and the 2 ladies that gave me my facial and my massage did an excellent job.
