Everyone is friendly and professional. It's always clean and the little perks (hot neck pillow, hot tea or water) are really nice. My only thing that is frustrating is if you have to reschedule it would be nice if you could do it by responding to the reminder text message without having to call and reschedule within a certain timeframe. If you don't reschedule within that timeframe (that day) you get penalized. Most people think if you reschedule an appointment you are canceling. If you change your confirmation text language it would be less confusing. "Y" yes you will be at your appointment. "C" I need to cancel my appointment. This happened to me and I was very fortunate that the owner didn't charge me! She handled this situation with the up most impressive Customer Service! That's why I continue to be a customer for 3 years! I absolutely love this spa and products they sell!
