I am greeted quickly and professionally, and all the amenities are lovely. I appreciate the plus size robe options. :-) Brinae is amazing and always does a phenomenal job. I love coming to this spa and appreciate each experience. My only feedback is sometimes I can't find a weekend appointment when I want one. :-)
