• Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. My only 2 complaints were that I put "soft" on my welcome form and my masseuse did dig a bit too deep on my upper back and also on my lower back when I wrote not to do that for my medical reasons. Other than that it was a great massage and I would go to her again. And not that it's a big deal but she whispered so quietly when she spoke I could barely hear her when she was asking me something. Otherwise, The place was beautiful and truly every detail and more was thought about. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Will deffintely be coming back.
