I have to say that walking in I wasn’t welcomed. The receptionist was on the phone for 3 minutes and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I needed to interrupt her to say I needed to check in. It was my first time and she checked me in without giving me any instructions on where to get my robe or how to use the locker area. I’d love to talk with someone further about my experience.
