The experience was relaxing from beginning to end. I loved heated neck wrap while I was in the lounge .
Christina was perfect I commented the lamp was quite bright so she, turned of the light, put some cotton pads on my eyes , then the usual covering, then put lamp back on. Very attentive!
Carlos gave an incredible massage. And, Every staff member is kind and makes you feel comfortable. And, services are well-price. And, It's convenient. Oh, and I mention, Carlos is exceptional!
