Service was overall very good (Sara & Savannah). The facility is accommodating to the needs that I'm sure arrive there.

Loved the service, very relaxing, however lotion should be emulsified in hands to warm it up a bit before applying to the body and it was a bit cold. Pressure was a bit uneven throughout the service but overall enjoyed the service and masseuse.

I love that Spavia is always clean. Staff is always nice, and willing to go the extra mile for their guests! I have all of my needs met. From lashes, to waxing, down to my massages(which is what started me visiting there 2 years ago); I have yet to be disappointed. The front end ladies are understanding of different circumstances, and they will make sure that every need is handled or met. Great place to be a member of!
