Mallory is very knowledgeable, professional, relatable, sweet and gentle. She explains what she's doing and answers all of my questions. She suggests certain products that may be helpful to me and she's been on point so far!!! I will ask for her again!

I have been going to Spavia for a little over a year now and have never experienced service any less than amazing. I typically see Sarah for body wraps, massage & scrub / spray tan and she is a breath of fresh air (always makes sure to cater the visit to my needs / wants, and is a ray of sunshine every visit)! Mary has always worked with me to ensure I get in for my appointments and has great customer service as well! I would recommend Spavia Strongsville to anyone!
