The customer service, cleanliness of facilities, aesthetics and care put into the property. The small things that were thought of for the guests within the room like complementary water, juice and pop, the robes and packaged slippers, the heated towel bar, having silverware and glassware available, 2 separate outlets in the bathroom. I loved the design of the bathroom, having a private patio (even though we couldn't use it due to weather), how easy it was to use the fireplace and set the room temperature, how we did not have to leave our room to get breakfast and the TV in the bathroom! It was pricey, but it was worth it!
