I think relaxing room before and after plays a big role! One with recliners would even be better. I hate finishing a message and having to run out of there. I want to chill a little longer and the chairs just don't cut it

Overall great. The Esthetician was good. Just little things. Bottled water instead of paper cups. A sauna, a pillow for under your legs. I like scented oils and creams.
