The atmosphere is very relaxing. The dim lights, fireplace, auroma, waterfall, calming music, everything was so nice. The heavy yet comfy robe was a plus and the heated neck pack. My masseuse was very professional and spoke in a calming tone. I was offered water or tea and told I could stay and relax for as long as I wanted to. Great experience!
