Checking in was great!..Very friendly and she Guided me through all the steps to where everything was since I was only there once. My therapist Anna was wonderful too! Checkout was easy and she explained what all the services were. The only reason I rated it 9 and not 10 was because in the adjoining waiting room there was a guy talking loudly. But the woman next to me got up and closed the adjoining door. Otherwise it was so peaceful in the spa. That is so hard to find in a spa. I've been in a lot of spas in different states and it is very hard to find quiet areas. Your place is quiet and dim! I love it!
