Anna is wonderful, she has a talent to make you feel comfortable and present.
Everyone was respectful, professional, greeted me when I came in like Sonja. Tony gave me a great sports massage for my 60 minutes which left me relaxed and rejuvenated. I came in with a sore lower back from being consistent in the gym to not feeling any soreness anymore. He made great recommendations like using epsom salt with my baths and stretching each day.
