When you walk in to Spavia you feel welcomed by staff once checked in staff guides you to locker room and lounge area at locker room you have a locker with a robe and slippers and if you want to take a shower before your service or after it's up to you. Then you go to lounge area where you are greeted by your staff for your service. I like that.
