Staff was wonderful!! Facial with Sofie was fantastic and she was so sweet! Facility is very clean. Will definitely be back very soon!!
I feel like some little improvements can be made:
- would have been good to have detailed parking instructions on website
- instructions to how to use the locker; did it intuitively but had trials of errors
- no water in the waiting room
Otherwise great, even got a membership.
But again, things are not crystal clear. When we book an appointment, despite having the membership we don't know if what we are booking is included or not. Please clarify this on the website.
Also the app does not recognize my login.
