The quality of the entire experience, Melinda at reception was kind and helpful, the cleanliness and design of the facility was great, Tony provided a terrific massage, was thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable about the condition of my body, and was genuinely personable. I purchased a premium membership. Looking forward to a healthy spa regime with Spavia.
