High level of communication before, during and after visit. Facilities looked clean and proper.
Would have preferred light coloured robes and blankets so you can see that they are clean and properly laundered.
Massage was well done, standard but I liked we the hot towels at the end on my back and feet to remove some of the excess oil.
Thinking back I would have preferred to started face down and end on my back as my sinuses get all stuffy faced down.
Still well done, I plan to come back.
The lady giving my facial was very profession and courteous. First time I had one and I would do it again.
The service was excellent the facial skin care was amazing
