Everything was great- The location is great, very relaxing ambiance, and the massage was just right! However, I did think it was odd that the woman doing my facial was ruffling a paper check list next to my head and opening and closing a lot of drawers throughout the service, as if she wasn't prepared for it. Really would still recommend the spa in general 100%!
Doreen was fantastic! Communicative and changed the plan of the massage based on how certain muscles needed more work than others.
