Sure! I had a mixed experience at the spa. The positive aspects are that the spa is beautiful, the receptionist provided excellent customer service, and the masseuse was very skilled and pleasant.
The negative side is that the massage was shorter than expected.
One hour massage. 10 minute additional volt massage. 11:10am to 12:20pm.
I was in the relaxation room at 11:05 but I wasn't picked up until 11:17. I received a wonderful massage and volt treatment but I was escorted back to the relaxation room at 12:13. Maybe the masseuse got confused with the time, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. My daughter recommended this spa to me. I'll return again but I'll be mindful of the time spent in the treatment room. Thanks for inquiring about the rating I gave. It helps maintain the spa image. ��
Entire experience was great. The ambience, the peacefulness. Felt like a peaceful oasis, not downtown Stamford! Anthony was wonderful. I will definitely be back!
