I had a wonderful first time experience today at Spavia Day Spa - Stamford.
Before I talk about the day itself I wanted to talk about the registration system because I thought it was really smooth and easy to use. You go on their website and you download their app and it walks you through signing up for whatever service you want. Then you get an email from them explaining where the parking lot is, they offer validated parking in the garage around the corner with very specific directions on where to pull in and park and everything. As someone who works in customer service, I really liked the communication it felt really clear and easy,
I wanted a body treatment so I opted for the anti-aging body treatment, it sounded the best deal for the time in the cost. It was $159 and the service was 80 minutes long. The staff at the facility was very professional, Sonja in reception assisted me with a tour and then at the end provided me with a validation parking voucher for the garage. I looked at all the Google reviews to figure out which professional I wanted to do the treatment and the best reviews I saw were for Aundre. He was really great, the treatment itself was wonderful, he was very friendly and constantly checked in with me to see how I was doing throughout the whole thing. This was my first time at Spavia and I will definitely go back in the future.
To summarize the treatment, they start off by doing a sugar scrub to remove all of the dead skin, it's a nice relaxing massage type treatment. Then you take a shower which is located inside your treatment room.
