1. Friendly & personal staff care about their clients & work very hard to make them comfortable during every visit. 2. Cynthia Patten (2023-present) and (previously) Dawn & Madelyn are the best massage therapists I've ever had, in multiple cities, whether traveling or here in Springfield. Mackenzie (front desk) always makes your day better with her smile and cheerful welcome! Everyone is very skilled in their responsibilities & execution. 3. Ambience is great - relaxing room, seating, music choices, electric wall "fireplaces" & hot tea served after the sessions. 4. Monthly membership discounts help with the cost. 5. Scheduling is easy, either by calling or using the texts. 6. Lots of massage options available. Fuji foot treatment is excellent as well. I have yet to try a facial, but want to. Full-body massages help me stay flexible, healthy, and lessen arthritis symptoms. 7. I've been a client at SPAVIA nearly four years now, & it's benefitted me in many ways. 8. I appreciate each of the staff there who work such long and hard hours, and the owner, Laura.
