I really like the spa atmosphere that Spavia creates. Every encounter with the different ladies that are employed there are very friendly, give individual attention, my questions have always been answered…or gotten back to me within a day. I really like the day-before-text-reminders where I do need to send a reply; a very good system is in place. I feel like I am at a resort right here in Springfield!
