Kim is the Best! Super sweet! Very good at identifying problem areas and working them out! She doesn't just go through a specified routine, but works on what you need worked on. She uses just the right amount of pressure to relieve an ache, but not so much that it is painful to get the knit out.

Nice experience from start to finish. Everyone is friendly, and the entire place is very clean. The relaxation room is comfortable, love the candles and fireplace; and the robe, neck warmer and tea are nice touches. Nathan is great! This is the second visit for me, he doesn't a fantastic job. I only wish I could visit more often!
