Staff was super friendly and professional. The ambience over all was wonderful and way more than most places around. The massage therapist were absolutely amazing and very attentive to our needs. I gave it a 9 and not a 10 for the simple feeling of feeling a lil rushed after the massage. It would've been a little more enjoyable if we had more time to relax and slowly come to vs darting out. Women's lounge was nice after but could've used more time in the actual room. Other than that it was one of the best experiences I've had in this area.
