I really appreciate the extra touches- the robes feel so decadent. I also had excellent interactions with the woman that checked me in as well as a different woman that checked me out. Ryan was a superb, skilled massage therapist and I would absolutely request him again. I am also supremely grateful that there are not pushy sales tactics at every point of interaction. Spending $220 (including tip) is a big splurge for me and I left feeling at peace and relaxed instead of guilty for not buying "xyz" product
