The front desk employee was warm and welcoming, the robes, the client relaxation room was an upscale treat I've only had while on vacation. Dawns massage was deep tissue focused on my upper body where I carry stress and she was very caring and capable on how to help break up my tight upper back and gave me two recommendations for at home as well. The end of my appointment was a gentle ease back into the real world with a mint tea and hot towel wrap around my neck (which I then bought one of my own, per Dawns recommendation). Needless to say, I am now a full on Spavia member and proud to be so. Springfield Spavia gets five stars and I look foreword to having more services soon!
