You truly offer a "relaxing spa experience". My masseuse listened to my problem areas and provided a wonderful massage. I had a gift card that had some issues - but with the help of the manager everything was resolved efficiently and graciously. Because of the workforce situation in our country right now - There are very few places where customer service is able to be achieved and Spavia earned a 5-star rating!!
