The masseuse gave me tips to address my knots at home. She was able to get my back and neck knots, it was painful but in a good way and left me feeling much more loose. Nothing was ever too painful so I'd say it was the perfect pressure for me

Spavia never disappoints! Been a member here for over a year and still was given one of the best massages I've ever had! Andrea used the right of amount of pressure in the right places! Also was a very very relaxing massage. Definitely much needed after a long week! If I could rate Spavia 100/10 stars I would!
