Gabby was great as she checked me in and made sure I was comfortable. Asked if I had questions or needed anything. Directed me to the retreat room where I waited. She made sure she reminded me that she knew I was there the day before for Good AM Spfld. Even if it's in the notes, she had taken time to know. Patty was amazing from start to finish. I had inadvertently requested the wrong service. She quickly pivoted and provided exactly what I thought I had set up. I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I was grateful that she told me what to expect and continued to check to make sure I was comfortable. I was and felt very pampered even though it was a shorter experience. She patiently answered questions and made me feel I belonged there. So from the inside out --- a truly beautiful way to spend my time. Thank you! Lisa Rigoni

(moved in spring) and DAWN HARRIS, RN (amazing, compassionate, thorough, sensitive, very competent). 3. Pleasant & relaxing ambiance, & love the warm neck pillows & post-massage tea. 4. Ease in scheduling. 5. Membership program & discounts are very helpful.
