Dawn and Kyra were both awesome at what they do! I am waiting to see if you do the right thing by refunding my sister, Tracy Owen's, since her massage therapist was sick. Understand people being sick, but not Tracy's fault the service could not be performed. We wanted a Sister Spa Day.

Jordan's professional yet approachable demeanor honestly carried the entire experience. I'm a chatty person when I get nervous, and had plenty of embarrassing things to say to her during my first ever visit and she never failed to make me feel comfortable. Further, the energy of the entire establishment is just... *chef's kiss*. Clearly with an eye for excellence, the beauty of the setting doesn't overshadow the ambiance of relaxation and keeps the focus on the treatment. If I HAD to offer a critique, the neck warmer had a faint metallic smell (obviously from the warmer, but I'm reaching that far). Absolutely will be returning!

Dawn gave me the best massage I've ever had. The overall atmosphere really felt like a spa and I was relaxed the moment I changed into my robe.
