- Competent and friendly staff manning the reception desk, and sincere, cheerful greetings at the door; - Wonderfully competent and caring massage staff (TJ & Dawn have been my massage therapists) -Comparable spa prices, with discounts and special membership deals to help with frequent massage; - "Gift store" vibe with offering for client or to choose as gifts (my favorite are the neck pillows!); - Women's relaxing room with "fireplace" and candles throughout hallways.
