The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Courtney spoke to me prior to starting my massage, to ensure that best experience. I wish Diana had been more forthcoming with what was going on with the facial (I never had one before) I had to keep asking her at each step what was happening....in hindsight I did ask for no conversation, so that may have been my fault. I will definitely be back. I had a great experience
