I didn't know to come ahead of time to fill out forms and felt a little rushed. Might help to let people know to plan to arrive a bit early. Also it asks if you want to add on service(s) but they didn't have time available. Then shouldn't ask if can't accommodate. Other than those minor things it was amazing.
