SPAVIA employs excellent massage therapists always willing to work with individual areas or problems; listening to the client; friendly & professional staff & excellent help at the front desk - always. Takes a LOT of work to maintain these standards of service. Also, Laura (owner) is part of the team, cares about the clients, and accommodates schedule changes with grace, when needed. Also, the SPAVIA ambiance is very relaxing and restful - the music is well chosen, comfortable seating in the relaxing rooms, and the "wall fireplaces" with different colors are also soothing & pleasant visuals. The warm neck pillows are fantastic & appreciated; the robes are comfortable. Each practicioner brings their own knowledge and experience, expertise, and personality to enhance the guest's time at SPAVIA. I've been coming regularly to SPAVIA for three years now, and have always had good experiences.
