Natasha ask all the right questions about target areas and what I expect from our session. Explained exactly how the massage was planned, and never deviated. Asked multiple times (twice) if pressure and comfort was to my satisfaction. Front desk made a mistake and followed up with a phone call immediately after I left to make sure my next 2 scheduled appointments would perfect. I could not be more pleased very professional!

Felt the experience was nice....Wanted a couples massage but could not get it but that was not your fault....that was a bi product of covid. Accommodated the time so that my husband and I would have the same time so that at least if not together we would start and end the same time.
