Tom was fantastic. He listened to my issues and made sure to address them. Jane and Lisa were welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a another staff member there as well whose name I don't know. She was great! I misplaced my inhaler and she helped me look for it without making me feel like an idiot :) the spa is clean!!! and serene.
